These terms of sale set out the framework applicable to the supply of the Piter software, offered as a SaaS solution.

However, owing to the evolving and tailored nature of the associated services, each commercial relationship is the subject of a specific negotiation. This negotiation is formalised in a separate contract, concluded between the companies concerned, which sets out all of the parties' rights and obligations.

The provisions of that contract prevail over any other terms and constitute the entirety of the legally enforceable commitments between the signatory parties. Accordingly, the applicable terms may vary from one client to another, depending on the agreements reached.

Consequently, any request for information regarding the applicable contractual terms must be addressed to the usual internal contact of the party concerned, who alone is authorised to communicate on the substance of the contractual commitments, subject to the legitimacy of the request.
